Miter Saw

12 In. Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw With LED & Laser Guide

This miter saw is one of my favorite power tools to date. With adjustable angles at several points, cuts have never been faster or easier. When thinking about upgrading your toolbox, a miter saw is a must have.

Pneumatic Nail Gun

Metabo HPT Finish Nailer

Pnuematic nail guns are powered off of a air compressor and really pack a punch. This upgrade to your basic brad nailer allows for longer nails, and more hefty projects that utilize nails as the primary securing agent. I love the Metabo Finish Nailer because it is super user friendly. and easy to load. You will have to own an air compressor to use this one, and if you are looking for a budget find with great quality, check out this pancake air compressor.

Paint Sprayer

Wagner Spraytech

If I can avoid painting by hand, I do and I got this Wagner hand paint sprayer for Christmas and finally got to use it when finishing the murphy bed! I didn’t find that I needed to thin the paint, and got an overall good coverage with this mid weight heavy duty sprayer. It has serval adjustable settings from coverage thickness, spray direction, and power so I think this is a winner when it comes to smaller paint projects.

Impact Drill

Milwaukee 12 Volt Lithium Ion Cordless Impact Driver w/ LED Light

When my husband said he bought an impact drill, I thought it was silly because we already owned a drill-but was I wrong! Impact drills deliver much higher force, which has really come in handy when we are building our chicken coop. The durability and extra torque power that impact drills have are 100% worth the investment.

Kreg Pocket Hole Jig System

Kreg K4 Pocket Hole Jig System

The name Kreg has a whole new meaning in my life since discovering this nifty gadget. This tool is what is used to make those things called “pocket holes” which are a must if building any type of furniture or piece that you wish to hide any screws. Basically, this guides your drill into a designated angle to make your pieces fit together seamlessly when assembled.
